Personal Training Method
The 1-on-1 personal training process, written down so you can run it on yourself. Assess, plan, progress and adjust like a coach would.
- All levels
- 8 lessons
- Gym or home
Fat loss is simple to explain and hard to sustain. This program covers the parts that matter: a sensible calorie target, enough protein, daily movement and strength training to protect your muscle, plus how to handle hunger, plateaus and the weeks after the diet ends.

In a deliberate order. Each lesson explains the why, gives you the session or the tool, and ends with an assignment.
You will know how the eight lessons fit together, what gear you need, and whether you should check with a doctor before you begin.
You will estimate your maintenance calories, set a moderate deficit and know how to adjust it using your own data.
You will set a daily protein target and build filling meals with a simple plate method, with or without counting calories.
You will raise your daily steps in small, planned increases and use walking sessions as low-stress fat-loss work.
You will understand why strength training keeps your muscle during a diet and be able to run Session A with good form and the right effort.
You will run Session B, alternate it with Session A, and choose a two or three day weekly schedule that fits your life.
You will manage hunger with practical tactics, protect your sleep, and use a short, low-stress session on rough days.
You will handle plateaus calmly, use diet breaks well, move into maintenance, and write a 12-week calendar you keep using.
Right after payment you see your access button, and the same personal link is emailed to you. Open it on any device to read every lesson. There is no account and no password to remember.

Before you start. This program is general fitness education, not medical advice, physiotherapy or a personalised prescription. If you have a heart or blood pressure condition, an injury, are pregnant, or take medication that affects exercise, check with your doctor first. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness or chest discomfort. Read the health and safety notice.
