This page identifies the person who operates this website and sells the programs offered on it. It is published to meet the disclosure rules of Brazilian Decree 7.962/2013 on electronic commerce, articles 31 and 33 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, and the equivalent trader identification rules that apply in the European Union, the United Kingdom and elsewhere.

What is sold here
Averio Fitness sells 6 online fitness programs, individually for $47 each or together as The Complete Program for $147. Each program contains 8 complete written lessons with workout tables (sets, reps and rest), gym and home options, and an assignment per lesson. All prices are in US dollars and are charged once. Nothing is shipped, nothing renews and no subscription is created. The contents of each program are listed on its own page and summarised again before payment.
Who we sell to
We sell worldwide to people aged 18 or over. We do not sell to anyone in a country subject to comprehensive international sanctions, and Stripe independently blocks payments it is not permitted to process.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as AVERIOFITNESS.

Complaints and disputes
Please write to support@averiofitness.com first. We reply within two working days and we would rather solve a problem than argue about it.
Consumers in Brazil may also use consumidor.gov.br, the official public complaints platform, or their local PROCON. Consumers in the European Union may contact their national consumer authority or alternative dispute resolution body. We are not signed up to a private dispute resolution scheme and none is compulsory for us.
