Personal Training Method
The 1-on-1 personal training process, written down so you can run it on yourself. Assess, plan, progress and adjust like a coach would.
- All levels
- 8 lessons
- Gym or home
A great class has a shape: a warm-up that wakes you up, blocks that build, a finisher and a cool-down. This program gives you complete class plans, from bootcamp and core to low-impact sessions, and shows you how to run them for yourself or for a few friends.

In a deliberate order. Each lesson explains the why, gives you the session or the tool, and ends with an assignment.
You will know how the eight lessons fit together, what gear to gather, whether to check with a doctor first, and you will finish a 20-minute taster class.
You will be able to read any class in this program and build a warm-up, main blocks, finisher and cool-down around a timer.
You will be able to run a 35-minute bootcamp class on your own, pace it with a timer and scale each move up or down.
You will be able to run a 25-minute core class that trains your trunk to brace and stay steady, without endless crunches.
You will be able to run a 40-minute full-body circuit with stations, log your reps and progress it week to week.
You will be able to run a 30-minute low-impact class that raises your heart rate and builds strength without any jumping.
You will be able to run a 30-minute step and dance-style cardio class using simple moves, a stair and your own playlist.
You will be able to write an 8-week class calendar, run it alone or with friends and keep training after the program ends.
