Copyright and Licence

Who owns the material
The programs, including their text, workout tables, plans, assignments and layout, and the content of this website are protected by copyright. Unless stated otherwise, they belong to Eduardo Humberti Leite Meireles or are used under licence. Exercises themselves are not owned by anyone; the way we explain, sequence and organise them is.
Your licence
When you buy a program you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training.
You may
- read the lessons on any of your devices, and print them or save them as PDF for yourself;
- write your own notes, logs and plans based on them;
- train with a friend or family member using a lesson you printed, in person and without charging them;
- share what you learned, in your own words.
You may not
- share, sell, rent or give away your access link or the lessons;
- upload the material to a website, drive, group, marketplace or messaging service;
- use the material to coach clients or run paid classes, or present it as your own program;
- translate it or create derivative programs from it;
- remove copyright notices;
- use the material to train, fine-tune or feed an artificial intelligence system;
- use the Averio Fitness name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.
Trainers, gyms and teams
A licence covers one person. If you want to use a program with clients, in a gym or with a team, write to support@averiofitness.com and we will discuss a professional licence.
Quoting and reviews
You may quote short passages in a review or article with a link to this website. You may not publish whole lessons or workouts.
If you find our material being misused
Please tell us at support@averiofitness.com.
If you believe we have used your work
If you own the rights to something published here and believe it is used without permission, write to support@averiofitness.com with: the work you believe is infringed, the exact address where it appears, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We review every notice promptly and remove material while we investigate. This procedure follows the notice and takedown standard of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and article 19 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014).
Third-party material
Photographs on this website are licensed stock images. They show models, not customers, and are not included in the licence given to you.
Breach
A breach of this licence ends it automatically. We may withdraw access without a refund and use the remedies available under Brazilian Law 9.610/1998 and the law of the country where the breach took place.
